WHAT HAPPENED?

Record-breaking rain hit parts of Hokuriku.

On Aug 27, exceptionally heavy rain affected parts of Ishikawa and Toyama. The following 24-hour totals set new local records.

KANAZAWA → HAKUIShuttle trains are operating from the first train, with service changes.
HAKUI → NANAOService suspended all day.

JR West is working toward reopening the suspended section from the first train on Sep 6.

All train services are suspended.

JR West is working toward reopening the line on Sep 6.

Some local bus services may also be affected. Check your route before leaving.

Noto Kagaribi limited express: services are cancelled all day on Sep 1 because of the Nanao Line disruption.
